a young man with heavy legs
the dirt under my feet I feel it all
I shouldn’t yet I do
this should be a memory but she isn’t I’m
running along the beach after my
brother

I’ll feel happy about other things someday,
I know that. But, right now, I only feel happy

a short note arrives with the setting sun:
steel your soul, space cowboy.
they take comfort knowing that you
alone know where the plants grow...
